AME CET

Registration for AME CET 2025 Phase 3 is open from June 1 to June 30, 2025. The application form can be accessed on the official website, amecet.in. The exam will take place in the second week of July 2025.

AME CET 2025 will be held online on a single day at 43 locations throughout India. The exam lasts one and a half hours and features 90 multiple-choice questions, available in both English and Hindi. The exam pattern and subject distribution will vary based on the candidate’s academic background.

Eligible candidates must have completed 10+2 or hold a 3-year engineering diploma with mathematics and physics as mandatory subjects. The AME CET 2025 syllabus covers Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, General Awareness, and Aptitude. Based on their performance in the exam, students will be invited to counseling sessions and can secure admission to recognized AME institutions as per their merit.

The AME CET 2025 application form can be completed either online or offline. Applicants can choose the method that suits them best. Detailed steps for both online and offline application processes are provided below.

Note: The entrance exam fee for AME CET 2025 is INR 1600/- for male candidates in the General and OBC categories, and INR 1400/- for all female candidates and for those belonging to SC/ST categories.

Once the AME CET corporate office receives your application form, you will receive your registration ID via SMS on your registered mobile number.

Candidates who achieve top ranks in AME CET are eligible for scholarships based on their All India Rank (AIR). The scholarship is open to all qualified students, regardless of caste, gender, or religion, and is awarded as a waiver on the first semester’s tuition fee, depending on the student’s AIR in AME CET 2025.

Note: The scholarship benefit applies only to the tuition fee for Semester 1.

AME CET aspirants must meet the eligibility requirements set by the exam conducting authority to appear for AME CET 2025. The criteria are detailed below:

AME CET 2025 will be conducted at various test centers in 43 cities across India. During the registration process, candidates must select two preferred exam cities.

The syllabus for AME CET differs for candidates based on their educational qualifications: those with 10+2 or equivalent, and those with a 3-year engineering diploma, B.Tech, or higher qualification in Science with Physics and Mathematics as core subjects.

The results for AME CET 2025 will be announced in the third week of July 2025. A separate merit list will be prepared based on candidates’ performance. The scorecard—showing marks obtained in each subject and the AIR—will be available on the official website after the results are declared.

As per the exam authority, a certain percentage of seats are reserved each year for female candidates and for those holding a 3-year engineering diploma. The reservation details for AME CET are as follows:

Candidates who meet the minimum cutoff marks will be called for counseling. Notifications will be sent to shortlisted candidates via SMS or email based on their AIR. Candidates must report to the designated centers with all required documents for verification and admission confirmation.
