JUET 2024 has been superseded by CUET PG 2024. If you are seeking admission to the University of Jammu, you must appear for the CUET PG 2024 entrance test. CUET registration has been extended to February 7, 2024. The exam is scheduled from March 11 to 28, 2024, and admit cards will be released on March 7, 2024.
Admissions are open for UG programmes (BA LLB, BBA), four-year FYUP UG courses (B.Com, BA English), and PG programmes (MA, M.Com, M.Ed, BPEd, MPEd, LLB, MCA, MSc, BLibSc, MLibSc, and others) at the University of Jammu main campus, offsite campuses and affiliated colleges.
JUET (Jammu University Entrance Test) is the qualifying entrance examination conducted annually by the University of Jammu for admission to postgraduate degrees, PG diplomas and undergraduate programmes.

Eligibility for JUET/CUET PG varies by programme. Detailed, programme-wise eligibility is available on the official JUET website (www.juet.in). A brief summary is provided below.

The CUET PG 2024 application form is available online only. To apply, complete the registration and submit the form on the CUET PG portal at pgcuet.samarth.ac.in.
Before starting the application, candidates should prepare scanned copies of a passport-size photograph and signature (JPEG format, between 2 KB and 100 KB). Also ensure you meet the eligibility requirements for the specific programme you are applying to.
The CUET PG 2024 application fee is INR 1,200 for General category applicants and INR 900 for SC/ST applicants. Bank charges are extra and must be borne by the candidate. Applications remain provisional until bank reconciliation (which may take 3–4 days). Candidates who paid via bank challan should monitor their application status on www.juet.in and contact Jammu University if the status does not update within a week.
Admit cards for the JUET/CUET PG 2024 exam will be available only on the official portal. They will not be dispatched by post or any other channel; candidates must download them from the website regardless of how the fee was paid.
How to download the admit card:
The admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination hall. Candidates without a valid admit card will not be permitted to take the exam under any circumstances.
The admit card will display candidate and exam details such as name, JUET roll number, address, date of birth, exam name, exam centre address, and the candidate’s photograph and signature. Carry a valid photo ID along with the admit card for verification.
CUET PG will be conducted at centres across India and at selected international locations. For 2024, the exam is scheduled in 411 cities in India and 24 cities abroad, including new centres such as the USA, Australia, South Africa, Russia and Hong Kong.
CUET PG is an online computer-based test. The duration is 1 hour 45 minutes and the paper contains 75 questions. The exam is out of 300 marks with +4 for each correct response, -1 for each incorrect response, and 0 for unattempted questions. Key highlights of the exam pattern are listed below.

The CUET PG 2024 syllabus has been published on pgcuet.samarth.ac.in and NTA has released subject-wise PDF syllabuses. Review the full syllabus before you begin preparation. This year, NTA has removed Part A (the General Test) and revised the Language Comprehension section, which will be offered in Hindi or English as chosen at registration. Domain subjects include English, History, Political Science, Geography, Sociology, Psychology and more.
CUET PG results for 2024 will be declared as scorecards in April 2024. Results will not be sent directly to candidates by post or other means.

How to download the scorecard:
The counselling process will begin after the result is declared. The JUET 2024 rank list will be published on the official site.
Candidates must download the counselling call letter from www.juet.in, complete it, print it and submit it as instructed.
