The deadline for MBA admissions has been extended to 25 August 2025. This extension applies only to candidates who have cleared the interview or cleared the test but are yet to complete the interview.

Before applying, candidates should review the LPUNEST 2025 eligibility criteria. Only Indian nationals are eligible. Applicants must have completed, or be appearing in 2025 for, the final 10+2 examination from CBSE, ICSE, a State Board or an equivalent authority.

Students with 70% or higher are eligible to apply for direct admission to LPU's Design programmes.
You can apply using either online or offline methods.
Online application: Visit admissions.lpu.in and follow these steps:
Step 1: Sign up — create an account on LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) by providing your name, email ID, mobile number, state, gender and a password. Step 2: Pay for the LPUNEST kit — select the kit type and complete the payment.
Payments can be made via net banking, credit/debit card or UPI. Step 3: Enter general and qualification details — provide Aadhar number, address and educational information. Step 4: Exam details — choose your preferred exam venue (if applicable), date and time and book your slot. You can download the hall ticket from the portal after booking.
Offline option: Obtain the LPUNEST kit from the university campus or designated outlets by paying cash. The cost of the kit is Rs. 1000 (for boys) and Rs. 500 (for girls).
After obtaining the LPUNEST kit, submit your application by one of the following methods:
1. Manual Application: Fill out the OMR application form completely, following the instructions under “Instructions for filling Application Form (OMR sheet)”, and send it in the self-addressed envelope to: Block 30, Room No 102, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar Delhi, GT Road, Phagwara, Punjab, India – 144411. Note: Incomplete applications (for example, unsigned declarations) will not be processed. LPU is not responsible for notifying such applicants. Ensure you submit the form along with all required documents.
2. Semi-Offline Application: If you are unable to mail the hard copy of the OMR sheet, scratch the unique OMR code on the form and follow the instructions provided in the kit to complete submission.
Keep a printed copy of your computer-generated application for future reference. All correspondence, including test centre booking and hall ticket details, will be sent by email. Ensure you provide a valid email address and mobile number for communication.
For online payment, applicants should have access to net banking, debit/credit cards, UPI or payment wallets.
While filling the LPUNEST 2025 application, applicants must select exam centre preferences and book their slot online. Slot booking opens at least three days before the exam.
Candidates can reserve a centre, date and time of their choice at least three days before the desired exam date.
If preferred, candidates may authorize the university to assign a slot on their behalf. In such cases, the university will select an available date from the provided options.
LPUNEST test centres operate in over 200 cities across India. Centres are generally open on most days except public holidays; in some locations they operate only on specific dates each month.
LPU reserves the right to add or remove test cities from the LPUNEST centres list. Applicants cannot claim a slot in a city that has been removed.
Admit cards for LPUNEST 2025 will be issued only to candidates who have successfully booked their slots. Download your admit card immediately after booking; if the university books your slot, the admit card will be available 48 hours after booking.
Your admit card will display essential details such as your name, course, exam venue, date and time, as well as exam day instructions. The admit card is mandatory; candidates without it will not be permitted to take the exam.
Note: Admit cards will not be sent to candidates by post or individually.

LPUNEST 2025 results are usually announced within 24 hours of the exam. Results show candidates’ scores and ranks, which determine who is shortlisted for the counselling process.
The LPUNEST cutoff is the minimum score required for admission. For 2025–26, B.Tech cutoffs can be estimated from previous years’ trends. Scholarships are awarded to candidates who meet or exceed the cutoff marks.
Counselling for each schedule is conducted online. Seats are allocated round-by-round based on rank and the candidate’s course preferences.
Documents required at counselling typically include identity proof, educational certificates and other documents as specified by the university.
LPUNEST serves as both an entrance and a scholarship test. LPU awards scholarships to eligible candidates based on various categories and performance metrics.
Scholarship brackets: For each category there are three brackets (Bracket 1, Bracket 2 and Bracket 3) with specific qualifying criteria for scores in the qualifying examination.
The qualifying criteria and scholarship amounts decrease from Bracket 1 to Bracket 3. Candidates in Bracket 1 receive the highest scholarship amounts compared to those in Bracket 2 or 3.
