Keep your TG EAPCET 2025 registration number ready for all application-related communications. The official TG EAPCET 2025 user guide for completing the online application is available for download below; read it carefully to avoid errors in your application.
Note: A personal email ID is mandatory for all applicants.
According to the TG EAPCET 2025 notification, the online exam for both streams will contain 160 MCQs spread across three or four subjects with no negative marking, similar to the AP EAPCET pattern. The exam structure is detailed below.
The TG EAPCET 2025 Engineering stream will be a Computer-Based Test lasting 3 hours with 160 MCQs. Each correct answer carries 1 mark and there is no negative marking. The paper is divided among Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
The TG EAPCET 2025 Agriculture & Pharmacy stream will also be a 3-hour Computer-Based Test with 160 MCQs. Each correct response earns 1 mark with no penalty for wrong answers. The paper covers Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry equally.
The TG EAPCET 2025 syllabus follows the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education curriculum introduced in 2023–24 (1st year) and 2024–25 (2nd year) and is set at the Intermediate (10+2) level.
The syllabus outlines the scope of topics for TG EAPCET-2025 but is not exhaustive. Questions will test understanding and application of concepts. The syllabus applies to current and past Intermediate batches planning to appear for the exam.
The TG EAPCET 2025 engineering syllabus is structured across Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and aligns with the Telangana Intermediate curriculum.
The Mathematics syllabus includes algebra, trigonometry, vector algebra, calculus, probability and coordinate geometry, assessing problem-solving and applied skills.
The Physics syllabus covers motion, laws of motion, work and energy, thermodynamics, electrostatics, magnetism, oscillations and electromagnetic waves to test conceptual understanding and application.
The Chemistry syllabus covers atomic structure, periodicity, bonding, states of matter, thermodynamics, equilibrium, organic chemistry, biomolecules and environmental chemistry to evaluate conceptual clarity and application.
The agriculture and pharmacy syllabus spans Biology (Botany & Zoology), Physics and Chemistry and follows the Telangana Intermediate curriculum.
The Botany syllabus includes plant diversity, classification, anatomy, reproduction, physiology, ecology, microbiology and basics of genetics and biotechnology with emphasis on plant applications.
The Zoology syllabus covers animal diversity and structure, human anatomy and physiology, reproduction, genetics and applied areas such as biotechnology and animal husbandry.
The Physics syllabus for Agri & Pharma mirrors the engineering syllabus and includes mechanics, thermodynamics, waves, fluids, electromagnetism and modern physics topics.
The Chemistry syllabus includes atomic structure, bonding, periodic trends, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, organic chemistry basics, environmental chemistry and biomolecules.
Engineering aspirants can use the TG EAPCET Engineering model question PDFs for practice; these model papers show question types and difficulty levels.
Agriculture & Pharmacy candidates should use the TG EAPCET Agri & Pharmacy model question PDFs for targeted practice in Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
Hyderabad has been divided into four zones to give candidates convenient test locations. Choose your preferred zone during application; changes are not allowed later. The convener may add, remove or move test centres and can shift candidates if required. Applicants must submit only one application per stream; duplicate applications will be rejected.
The TG EAPCET test is used for admission to the courses listed below.
Effective TG EAPCET preparation requires planning, time management and steady practice. Following a focused 30-day plan, solving previous papers, taking mock tests and concentrating on high-weightage topics will help improve your rank.
Below is a concise guide of strategies, tips and techniques to help you perform well in TG EAPCET 2025.
Many TG EAPCET questions repeat concepts from earlier years. Analyzing past 5–10 years of papers can be advantageous — historically 35–40% of questions are conceptually similar to previous papers.
Certain chapters yield higher marks. Targeting those topics offers better returns: past trends show 60–70% of marks often come from 30–40% of the syllabus.
Time management is crucial. Practice completing the paper within 3 hours — avoid spending 15–20 minutes on a single tricky question; skip it and return later.
Regular revision before the exam sharpens recall and reduces last-minute stress.
Create flashcards for key formulas, reactions and facts to aid quick revision.
Evidence suggests students who use flashcards recall material up to 35% better than those who only reread notes.
Even top candidates can falter under pressure. Use exam-day strategies to remain calm and confident.
Students who stay composed during the exam tend to achieve around 20% higher accuracy than those who panic.
Here are proven study hacks to boost efficiency and retention.
The Feynman Technique — explaining concepts in simple terms — can increase retention significantly compared to passive reading.
This 30-day study plan is tailored for Engineering aspirants to solidify fundamentals, increase speed and sharpen accuracy to maximize TG EAPCET 2025 scores.
Week 1 focuses on core concept building across Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with daily topic targets, mock practice and review to establish a strong base.
Week 2 emphasizes strengthening concepts, speed improvement and mock test practice with targeted problem solving and revision sessions.
Week 3 concentrates on time management, full-length practice tests, error analysis and focused practice to refine strategy and test-taking skills.
A sample daily schedule during intense practice includes a 3-hour full-length mock in the morning, followed by sessions for error analysis, focused problem solving, past-paper practice and formula revision, totaling about 12 hours of study.
Week 4 is for final revision, speed drills and confidence building, focusing on high-weightage questions and a last review of previous year papers to finalize strategy.
A typical day in the last week might include a full mock test, mistake rework, tackling tough questions, past-paper practice and memorizing shortcuts — summing to about 12 hours.
For Agriculture & Pharmacy aspirants, the 30-day strategy ensures complete coverage of Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry with regular practice and revision to build confidence.
Week 1 for Agri & Pharma centers on fundamental topics in Botany, Zoology and Chemistry with daily practice and revision to create a solid baseline.
Week 2 reinforces concepts, boosts speed and includes mock tests with a balanced mix of revision and problem-solving practice.
Week 3 aims to improve pacing and exam readiness via full-length tests, mistake correction and targeted revisions of weak areas.
Week 4 focuses on final polishing — speed work, important questions and a comprehensive review of previous years’ papers to ensure preparedness.
The normalization process aligns scores from different sessions to a common scale, ensuring fair comparison among all candidates and minimizing session-based variations.
